Terms & Conditions
These terms govern your use of hongsauresorts.com and your booking and stay with Hong Sau Resorts ("we", "us", "the resort"). By making a booking, you agree to these terms.

1. Bookings and rates
- All rates are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
- Rates are dynamic and may vary by date, demand and length of stay. The price confirmed at the time of payment is the price that applies to your booking.
- A booking is confirmed only after we receive full payment and issue a confirmation.
2. Payments
Payments are collected online through our payment partner, Razorpay. We do not store your full card or bank details. Your booking is confirmed once payment is successfully captured and your reservation is created in our system.
3. Check-in and check-out
- Check-in: 1:00 PM. Check-out: 11:00 AM.
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may carry a charge.
- A valid government-issued photo ID (Passport, Aadhaar, Driving Licence or other Govt. ID) is required at check-in for every adult guest.
4. House rules
- Couples, including unmarried couples, are welcome with valid ID (Passport, Aadhaar, Driving Licence or Govt. ID). Local IDs are not accepted.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Outside food is not allowed; the on-site restaurant serves Malnad and Indian cuisine (non-vegetarian available).
- Smoking within the premises is allowed, and there are no restrictions on alcohol consumption.
- Guests are responsible for any loss or damage to resort property caused during their stay.
- Maximum occupancy is enforced; extra-bed charges (paid at the property) apply for additional guests or children.

5. Cancellation and refunds
Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
6. Liability
The resort is not responsible for the loss of cash, valuables or personal belongings. Guests use facilities such as the swimming pool, bonfire and safari at their own risk. The resort’s liability, where established, is limited to the amount paid for the booking.
7. Force majeure
We are not liable for failure to provide services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including extreme weather, landslides, natural events, government action or restrictions.
8. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Hassan, Karnataka.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your booking applies to that booking.
