• Technical data such as IP address and browser/user-agent, used to keep the site secure and prevent fraudulent bookings.

• To sync your reservation with our property management system so your room is held.
• To communicate with you about your booking and stay.

We share information only with the service providers needed to deliver your booking:

• Razorpay — to process payments and refunds.
• eZee Technosys — our property management / channel system, to hold and manage your reservation.
• Our hosting and database providers — to operate the website and store booking records securely.

We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and the safety of guests.

We keep booking records for as long as necessary to provide our services and to comply with legal, tax and accounting requirements, after which they are deleted or anonymised.

We use only the cookies and local storage needed for the site to function (for example, to remember your booking selections). We do not use them to build advertising profiles.

Information is transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS) connections, and access to booking data is restricted. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. We will respond in line with applicable law.

The website is intended for adults making bookings. We do not knowingly collect information from children without the involvement of a parent or guardian.
